My first time to buy this product from this seller. Was shipped promptly & arrived in great shape. I've been using coconut oil capsules for about 6 months & feel like my energy level has increased. I have no problem swallowing the capsules but I would think if one did have a problem swallowing them that they could be pierced & squeezed on food as it has a very pleasant taste.
