Excellent results!

I've got Interstitial Cystitis, and one of the medications I'm on (elmiron) makes my hair fall out in large amounts. I was told to try this biotin, in addition to a hair growth shampoo and conditioner. I've been taking and using this and the shampoo and conditioner, and already see new hair growth! I was told it typically takes about 3-4 months to see any improvement. I think if you combine this with something like rogain or other hair growth shampoos the combination really helps speed up the hair growth. (this is just my experience, I cannot surmise this will be the same for you, or for someone you know.) My experience with this supplement has been very positive, so I intend to continue to use it.
