Kinetic Trampolines K14D-BE Trampoline with Enclosure, Blue, 14-Feet

We have had this trampoline for 2.5 years. When we first ordered it, one of the metal legs bent within 6 weeks, but they quickly sent a replacement. It had held up fine for 2 seasons, until now. Recently, the netting around the trampoline gave way and my kids fell off the side! The top straps holding the netting on each pole had deteriorated completely and snapped in half. My kids were not jumping when this happened, they were doing a blind man game, so just walking and fell into the side. We take the trampoline apart each year and store it indoors for the spring/winter, so it's only exposed to the elements for about 5 months. Although it's no longer brand new, we did expect it to last longer than this, so that is why I only give it 3 stars.

This is the first trampoline we purchase/own, we're happy with it, it looks like good quality to me, the kids love it. It arrived on time with all the parts and no issues, the installation wasn't too bad if you're working alone, although the steps for installing the mat in conjunction with the safety net could be more clear; I had already installed the mat when I was directed to secure the net with each spring, so basically I ha to get each spring out as I went around to install the net. I should have followed the pattern shown in the instructions to install the first set of springs but I didn't and end up being harder that it should, because of that I felt I needed a spring pull tool which I don't have, which is good to have even if you follow the instructions, so I ended up using a similar tool I have to pull tent spikes, so whatever works I guess, make sure you have leather gloves though to protect your hands.I would give it a 5 star but it's too soon, we've only used it for a couple of weeks since we installed it.

My 8yo loves it. Great quality. Took about an hour to set up. Springs are difficult to install, we used a climbing clip and hammer to pull springs into place.

Kids love this trampoline. Fairly easy to put together...just wish the padding was a little thicker. Oh and the zipper broke on it. So we just use the clips.

It's a trampoline. For the most part, it's great. BUT, there were several pieces missing from the package (coils, hooks, etc.).

Fast shipping! Everything came fairly easy set up. Read all directions first. Good size, son loves it! Enough space for the whole family!
