it's a nice hydration backpack for the money
UPDATE 5/10/16: I ended up keeping it because my boyfriend liked it. I tried it out on a hike last weekend and it wasn't quite as awkward with the bladder full...it sat a little better on me but the chest strap still completed crushed my boobs. Still needs to be positioned a little higher or with the option to adjust where that particular strap sits.ORIGINAL: I'll be honest...it's a nice hydration backpack for the money. Nice pockets to carry things, light weight, nice size bladder, and seems to be well made. Unfortunately if you're a short woman such as myself with a short torso (I'm 5'2") DO NOT buy this. The length of the bag was just fine, it was narrow which was great...the straps however simply were not made with a woman in mind. I had the chest strap as tight as it would go and I was swimming in it. I tried tightening the shoulder straps which helped but that made the chest strap literally sit right across the lower half of my boobs...which is clearly not where it's supposed to sit lol. I even paid for 1-day shipping to get it the next day to take with me on my hike. Sorry but it's going back in the mail. Really disappointed in this considering the listing title says "women's"...how it would fit a child either is beyond me. If you're a woman reading this and considering buying this...please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Defective Product
This product was horrible, leaked as soon as water was filled, no suction force to drink the water. I got this for a friend, the color and designed was really nice, but it did not work at all. We tried all the ways to fix this backpack, and nothing. Also the straps came in wrong, was missing a buckle in one side. How can we buckle up with only two ends and no bracket? Terrible product. Maybe my product came defected, but it was a disappointment. I returned it and got a different one from another seller.

This is a very nice hydration pack
This is a very nice hydration pack. When I received I immediately cleaned and filled with water to test it out. Unfortunately, the bladder was not working as described. It was very difficult to get water out of the valve, and then it was leaking. I e-mailed the seller, and received a very quick and helpful e-mail. The first suggestion was to pull the valve out...this is not really described anywhere and it stops water from flowing. I had noticed this, but it did not fix the problem. Eventually the seller replaced the tube, and it works GREAT. No leaks, the water flows easily and steadily. My young kids are even able to get water easily. The pack itself is very well constructed. I have been able to carry a full bladder of water, my keys, phone (Samsung S5), 2 snack bars, and a banana with some room to spare.I noticed that some people had issues with leaking...I would just contact the seller. Mine works great after getting the replacement tube, and the price is just right.

... use at youth summer camp and based on the good reviews were excited for our daughter to use it
We purchased this in advance for use at youth summer camp and based on the good reviews were excited for our daughter to use it. The backpack had plenty of storage which was nice but the flaws and failure of the mouth piece made it a bad experience for her. The rubber mouth piece broke very easily and then it kept leaking the whole trip. Even with the closed setting it still leaks. The other negative was the small fill opening which our daughter said made it difficult to refill versus her friends Camelback backpack. To see the rubber mouthpiece crack and fall apart after less than one trip and the constant leaking forced her to stop using it after only a day or two on the week long trip. Maybe we got unlucky and the mouthpiece was bad on arrival?

It would be nice if they had the mouth pieces readily available
My daughter's band teacher made it mandatory that all the kids purchase a hydration pack for summer band camp to keep them hydrated at all times. They actually wear it while practicing their drills so that they have water on them at all times. We live in Florida so hydration is a must. My daughter likes that it had pockets so that she can keep a few personal items on her too. My only pet peeve is that the mouth piece is a pain to replace. My daughter's mouth piece broke after she chewed on it (yes her fault) but the replacement take weeks to get. That did me no use when she needed it as soon as possible because of band camp. I actually had to purchase an entire new pack. It would be nice if they had the mouth pieces readily available. As you can imagine my daughter does not chew on it anymore!

No issues
Heard some concern about the integrity of the water bladder so the first thing I did was test mine. All good. Straps seem secure and comfortable. Plenty of extra space. The water hose snakes out the shoulder strap nicely. The valve works correctly. No complaints and very happy so far. I'll update if I have any problems out on the trails but so far, easy to call it 5 out of 5.

The actual cloth bag is amazing and very well made
We've used these a couple of times now. The actual cloth bag is amazing and very well made. The mouthpiece is leaky.... We replaced ours with actual camelback pieces and everyththing worked fine. I can see us replacing the bladders after a few more uses but honestly well worth the money spent.

This is a good hydration pack, but NOT for running
This is a good hydration pack.Pros: It has a inside pocket that holds my Iphone 6 + & a hold were you pass the headphones cables. The bladder holds 1.5 litters which is enough for me. It has a great packet to hold your wallet, car keys, etc. Easy to bite & get water from the pipe. Very well constructed for durability. The straps are comfortable as well as the clip to adjust on your chest.Cons: I'm a Trail runner and I feel it's too heavy and bulky to carry (just for 1.5 litters). The waist clips I don't see they are necessary. These clips just add more wait to it. This might be great for biking or hiking, but not for running. This is my 2nd Trail half Marathon. This water backpack is too way too heavy & bulky. I won't recommend for running. I'm going to get a smaller Camelback brand instead.
