Not able to download attendance report by USB and device unable to connect with given software
Writing this review after 10 days of use1. Unable to download attendance report by USB.2. Device unable to connect with given software.3. Calling on customer support no one picking the phone.4. Don't buy it's just a useless device.

Ui screen is filled with bar code type lines and data is not visible
From day one the screen is filled with barcode type lines and data is almost not visible.. tried locating the service center but then it's in other city( ludhiana.).. don't know whether to get it checked by some unauthorized service center or scrap it and buy a new one
