Pure value for money
Needed a microwave with hot air fryer to replace a similar one. I use it for nearly everything as they are so versatile. Having read many reviews on various hot air fryer microwaves I came upon this one.Wow what can I say. Looks professional and works a treat. Taking nearly half the time cooking that previous one. A little complicated to start with. I recommend reading the manual. The price does not do justice to the capability of this cooker. The low cost is a nice bonus. Don't be put off by the low price. It's as good if not better than others more expensive. I hope it lasts as long as my previous one which is not made any more.NOTE. If you use hot air fryer a lot make sure there is plenty of space around it to let heat out.

A VERY STYLISH LOOKING MICROWAVE OVEN.
So far I'm very happy with my new Multi function micro/ oven/ grill. While I've not used it much The Oven function made some lovely onion rings, crispy & golden brown on both sides without having to turn them. And also it cooked my pizza too perfection. The micro function made me some very tasty noodles in A couple of minutes.. I cannot comment on the grill as I've had no need to use it so far. I'm very happy with my new multi micro. I would be happy to recommend it. Its A nice large size it looks stylish. It's easy to clean & it has an interior light to keep an eye on your cooking process, incase of spills overheating and burning etc. While its not the cheapest model I do believe you get what you pay for. 😊👍🏻 5⭐

Great product
I haven't had it for long and until I can house it my new kitchen with recommended space around it , am sing it solely in microwave mode, Very easy to use apart from having to learn how various settings operate. No doubt will get there. It looks good and lives up to expectations so far. I could review it again once its installed in the new kitchen and am able to use its other features.

Made in China
I haven't had a problem with my Severin Microwave it is working just fine. However, I must admit to surprise and disappointment that after reading the description on Amazon which mentions 'German Quality' several times the first thing I saw out of the box was a label on the side which says 'Made in China'. Being misled like that loses 1 star for me straight away. The other star goes through an irritation with what I regard as a basic feature. I have owned a lot of appliances, including microwaves, over the years. Up until this one they have all allowed me to switch off the annoying beeps that they make just once, when I first set them up. This doesn't. I leave my microwave switched off apart from when I need it, every time I switch it on I have to go through the same process of turning off the beeps, if you don't every 10 second turn of the dial makes an annoying noise. In day to day use it has been fine. I use it regularly to cook part baked rolls and it heats up quickly and saves using my main oven. I haven't checked the temperature it says it is reaching, but I suspect it is slightly under.Update February 2022With the increase in energy prices I decided that I should explore making more use of the combination options. The very basic manual explains the grill/microwave option, but not the oven (or hot air)/microwave option. I have been contacting Severin's customer service about this. They are very pleasant people, but so far, have been unable to provide information on what level the microwave is operating at when you are using the oven in combination mode. You can use the oven at 230, 200, 170, or 140 with the microwave operating at the same time. As far as I can make out you cannot adjust the microwave power. This is the sort of information that you expect to find in instructions; it isn't there, and worryingly the company don't seem to know either.

Excellent quality
This appliance is robust, high quality and well designed. The controls are easy to use. The hot air oven has a good range of temperatures to choose from and is every bit as good as my standard (inefficient) full size fan oven. The door opens by simply pulling the door handle (unlike most microwaves which require a button press) and the microwave stays where it is - again, unlike most machines that are so flimsy that they slide across the bench when you open or close the door. Highly recommended.

Microwave Oven With Stainless Steel Interior.
When setting up the initial clock settings it is important to realise that the display glass has three capacitance buttons built into it.The microwave controls are quick and easy to navigate. The microwave functions faultlessly. So far the hot air and grill functions have not been used. The interior of the microwave is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean, and should make the microwave remain in good condition for longer than many other microwaves.

Guess what, broke just after warranty ran out
We deliberately bought a what we thought was a good German brand, not cheap microwave with grill and oven function, we wanted it to last. Nope, it lasted just a couple of months after warranty ran out, as there was a loud bang and smoke started to come out, literally within seconds of it being turned on one day. Amazon didn't want to know cos it was out of warranty. I tried to contact a Severin service centre on their website, they said they don't fix them, they just supply them. Then I emailed Severin a few weeks ago and no reply at all. Will never buy Severin again. Oh and the oven/grill functions were a bit rubbish, takes ages to warm anything up before they burn the food.

Cooks food perfectly.
Live this mini oven/microwave combo. The fact that it has a hot air convection oven and revolves at the sane time ensures food is cooked evenly throughout. The microwave side cooks well (as does any microwave really. I gavn't needed to use the grill as the hot air oven works so well for roast potatoes through to pizza. It is far superior to my old mini oven for cooking capability. I love it. I did notice quite a bit if condensation forming in the oven when I used the microwave to make jacket potatoes the other day but a quick wipe with a cloth to mop up was all that was required. Only downside is I can't find a round bun tin to make fairy cakes in it. Standard tins are too big and won't revolve in the oven. Wish the manufacturer could make a range of round tins to fit mini ovens. I think this is a common problem for mini oven owners.
