Never Girls #9: Before the Bell (Disney: The Never Girls)

Gift for my niece. She seems to be happy with it. I will continue to buy the series for her.

Daughter loves it. Only problem is that pages fall apart. I would not pass these books to other girls.

My daughter (5) enjoys this series very much. We read a chapter every night before bed; each book has been consistently 10 chapters long.This book is unusual in that Gabby is the center of the story; the male fairy (sparrowman) introduced is a new one named "Spinner."At one point in the story, Spinner's wing is bent -- this part upset my daughter a little. Shortly thereafter the book is careful to makes it clear that it's fixable and doesn't hurt at all. (I think it explains that a fairy's wing is like hair.) I thought it was very thoughtful that the author made this so clear, so that children wouldn't be too upset.

My daughter and I have been reading all of these books and loving them. Great stories and life lessons.

My daughter loves these books! They are perfect for her reading level, but we love reading them together. These books are part of the Accelerated Reader program, so if your child's school uses that then it's perfect for those who are reading on a second/third grade level.

I bought this for my ten year old god-daughter and she loved it! We read them together and she will read them again and again by herself. I will say that I hope they come up with some more scenarios, as "taking a fairy to school" has already happened in parts of some of the previous books.

These books are great and the book came in perfect condition.

My 6 year old LOVES these books. She whips through them in no time, so I'd love it if they were longer. She is reading well for her age, but is still young enough to enjoy the storyline. Definitely recommend for young readers!!

A mia figlia, 9 anni e bilingue italiano-inglese, è piaciuta molto anche questa storia, come tutte le altre. E' la prima serie per la quale siamo arrivate fino al numero 9, sempre con lo stesso piacere. Le storie sono ben scritte e nonostante le protagoniste siano le stesse, nuovi personaggi e trame sempre diverse rendono questi libri avvincenti e non ripetitivi.Consegna di Amazon precisa e puntuale come sempre.
