The instructions are very vague and confusing.
I wanted to email the seller before I gave this review, however, I can not find an email address. This watch was VERY confusing to figure out. We watched several how to videos because the instructions were extremely vague. I mean, it took us forever just to find the *button*. Just when we thought we got it all set correctly, the alarm never sounded. If it did we never heard it go off. I realize it can be set to silent mode, but I think we had it set to sound. I love the idea of this product. It has some very fun features, such as being able to customize the colors of the read out. Our little girl loves the watch because she feels like a big girl wearing it, but she soon lost interest in it as a potty training tool because the alarm never worked. We lost interest in trying to figure out if we set it correctly, and in trying to contact the seller. I would not recommend this as a potty training tool.

So first thought there was no charger when the device itself plugs into a charger brick. The instructions were very vague on how to use the device and as far as I can tell it only does military time. The alarm isn't that loud either but I'll try it out for a week and see how it does.**edit**So, have had it for almost two weeks and it's helping my daughter out with going to the bathroom. Haven't had an accident since we started using it. Occasionally though, she is able to go in and turn the timer off so they need to make it a little harder to get to. Also, the screen says PM on it when going through the different options but there isn't an actual 12hr format, it is strictly 24hr. Contacted the seller and they said they would either refund me the money or send me a better one "in a few weeks." don't know if this will actually happen. But, it's less than twenty dollars, looks decent, and has helped my daughter with using the bathroom so I bumped it up a star. Battery life is about 2-3 days also.**edit....again**was able to get refunded and keep the watch so bumping the rating up to a three-star. Overall, the watch does what it needs to do and that's help my daughter go to the bathroom without accidents.

Don't waste your money
No instruction manual or anyway to charge. Came with a little brochure that stated to check the website for instructions, but did not give a website.

Overall, it seems like a cute and durable product for the price! My son likes the songs it plays and it reminds him to sit on the potty. I can’t figure out how to set the time and other settings on the watch, and the instructions are really terrible.

Not worth saving money on the cheaper watch
Did not come with instructions and the only video I could find online was not for this model. The screen display button does not consistently work. Still don’t know how it works and very unhappy.
