This chair is very comfortable. I’m 5’5” and average size. There’s plenty of room - I can sit cross-legged in the chair if I want. I have the neck pillow hooked through the openings in the back of the seat and I think that would be too low for anyone much taller than I am.

Everything is extremely awesome except I received it with one Broken Wheel if there is any possible way that you guys could let me know on how to get a wheel replacement please let me know the directions were extremely easy to follow you almost don't even need them

I’m coming up on 8 months with the chair and it is now broken. The wheels I’ve have broken off. I bought the chair specifically because it stated if has a 350lb load. I’m 6’4 280lb so I figured it wouldn’t have a problem. Plastic base broke. I wouldn’t buy this again.

I use this chair for work, so I sit in it for long periods of time. It has been a great help for my back pain. Really comfortable, has a lot of options and extras (foot rest/massager/neck support pillow) Tested how far it goes back and it will lay at nearly 180 without flipping you. I like the pink color it matches well with my office. Great chair for the money

Purchased this chair and did not put together for awhile. Once put together in less than 4 months one of the castors fell out and would not go back in had to tape it, the plastic broke and could not be fixed. Would not recommend this product, poor quality.
