My dogs love the Boar BarkBone! I ordered a medium thinking it would still be pretty big, but it came in looking more like a small, hence the name of the "Boar" BarkBone. The Dino BarkBones seem to size up one and the Boar BarkBones size down one, so keep that in kind when getting one for your furry friend. Nevertheless, my two smaller dogs still enjoy chewing on this bone! It is easy for them to keep a hold of and easy to chew on. Like other Pet Qwerks bones we’ve gotten in the past, it does not smell to me, but the dogs seem to love the smell and it is everlasting throughout the entire life of the bone. It doesn’t ever break off in easy-to-swallow chunks and is actually pretty hard to break into. This bone is perfect for every dog, from light chewers to tough chewers, and is something I would recommend to anyone!

This is Sherman, he's the youngest of our 3 labs. He's 16 mos old, 83 lbs and a super obsessive chewer. Chewed through half the spindles on our deck over the course of about 2 hours - That's when I ordered BarkBone. He has a nightly chew session before bed, as well as throughout the day anytime he gets bored. These things are amazing and stand up to out little buzzsaw!! With the addition of the 2 new ones received today, he has 7 or 8 BarkBones in different flavors. He trades off during a chew-a-thon. He "lost" all the other bones (the other 2 took them outside and buried them in the snow). Poor guy went out of his mind searching the house for a bone a couple nights ago, which is why I ordered more! Big guy was elated when UPS them today - on a Sunday!! He layed down for a chew immediately!My only complaint, I think they give him smelly, clear the room, gas! 🤢😵‍💫

This dog chew toy was much smaller than expected. With that being said, we have a pit-bulldog mix that’s a super chewer. When I gave this to him, I expected it’s destryction within a couple of days. It’s been over a month and although it shows wear and tear... he hasn’t destroyed it.

My pup loves this bone. She is a cardigan corgi and I got her the large because she can't quite "grip and chew" smaller bones due to her little corgi legs. She is a very large corgi (vet-approved) at 40lbs. My pembroke corgi (30lbs) would probably benefit better from a medium-sized but he isn't really a chewer. She chews on it daily and we've had it since December 17th 2019 and so far there has been very little wear on it at all. No big chunks falling off and the teeth marks in the nylon aren't hardening into sharp little points that I often wonder can't feel good on the palate with other chews. No cracked or broken teeth, but she doesn't aggressively chomp on it. Will buy again (when she loses it outside in the summer not because I think it'll deteriorate)!

I never write reviews but felt that I should for this as it is definitely unsafe to give to your dog. I have a bulldog who chews elk antlers in record timing so reviews about teeth breaking usually doesn’t scare me however this is hard plastic that will definitely break your dogs teeth if they are an aggressive chewer. My fiancé and I were both shocked upon opening this package that is is meant to give to dogs to chew. Please don’t give this to your pups !!

Within 24 hours, it looked like the first picture. Our aggressive 30lb chewer was shredding the “large” size of this bone and leaving bits of plastic everywhere. This bone doesn’t get as sharp as Nylabones but it’s still sharp. So far no chunks broke off so that’s good.Edit 2 months later (second picture) : She loves it but all the little plastic bits she leaves everywhere are SO annoying and get stuck in our fleece blankets. The bits are smaller than grains of rice so she's not going to choke, but she's probably ingesting some of the bits which I'm sure is not that healthy.

Another fabulous product! My bulldog Winston is a very tough chewer. He destroys some toys in minutes. This toy has lasted through it all ! This is our second cheddar bark bone and we just love it is much. It seems to appeal to both my bulldog and my beagle, and it doesn’t break into little bits like some of his other bones. This bone is so strong and cute looking. Love it !

Our German shepherd has given this his best go for the last month and it is still in decent shape. He can usually chew down a cow femur in a week or less so this saves us money. He almost looks frustrated that he can't chew this down like he does everything else. Oh and you just can't beat the price.* Two years later and our dog has yet to destroy this thing. It's rough and well chewed but still very much intact. Honestly it's lasted longer than any chew toy we've bought in the past
