The chain was crap. Broke within minutes so I replaced it. Didnt come in pictured box. Box was the reason I went with this particular item instead of a cheaper one elsewhere on Amazon. I'd ask for my money back if my daughter didnt want to keep it. Fortunately she's a big enough potter fan that even a shoddy replica excited her. Me? Not impressed.
