FEB2020 updateI was contacted by a company representative recently and they have indicated that the product I received happen to be part of the very low percentage of items that have issues. I certainly did not by 100 of these to discount her claim and I very much appreciate that they are willing to send a replacement set to me. I think that says a lot about the company and their belief in their product. Looking forward to enjoying the the next pair.I have had these earphones for about two months now. I use them every morning when I walk the pup. The fit is great. They are very comfortable. The sound is very good for this price point. It is rich and vibrant playing deep sounds well. It’s a 4 out of 5 in clarity but few noise cancelling Do clarity well. The noise cancelling feature is so so. It seems to me that much of the sound blocking comes from the good fit rather than true noise canceling. My greatest complaint about these is that the lighting cable connection is very weak. I have to really push the cable in for it to make contact, when of for a run, they constantly disconnect which is very frustrating. That’s said if your using them while in the car or on the bus, they should be fine enough.

Update!! They sent me out a second pair and they work great! They don’t have the crackle noises that the first pair had. It must have just been a bad pair the first time around... Thank you!!Original review: The FIRST DAY I had these, I used these ear buds to listen to music and they were decent. But the whole reason I got them was for making calls and FaceTiming. And they were AWFUL!! The person I was talking to said there was a loud crackling doing the entire conversation. I unplugged them, then plugged them back in, still no change except for now I could also hear the crackling sound and then they just completely stopped working and my phone went to speaker, even though they were STILL PLUGGED IN?!? I’m so entirely disappointed with these.

I love these headphones! The sound quality is good, the volume is awesome, and the fit for your ears is really comfortable. I hardly feel them. The only downside is that the wires get tangled super easily. I was more concerned with the quality of the sound, bass, and sharpness & they do put out good sound. Happy with these.

It works well, as advertised. Let’s see how long it lasts. The other earbuds, all Amazon recommended average 6 months. I’ll update in 6 months time.***UPDATE it stopped working in 3 months. I’m writing to see if the two year warranty works. SECOND UPDATE. I contacted the company and they replaced the earphones with no questions asked, through a very pleasant email exchange. I hope they will last longer this time.

Great quality corded headset for your iPhone iOS 10 and above. Newer iPhones no longer have the traditional 3.5mm stereo jack for your earbuds or phone set. You must use the firewire port. This set is perfect. It provides great sound to the earphones, calls are nice and clear on both ends. The inline controls work perfectly for volume up and down, pause, play, answer/hang up and even initiate calls. The buds have optional size cups, so they stay in your ears, even while doing vigorous exercises. Good Purchase. Five stars.

This is a good functional product at its price point. My only dislike is the stiff wires it uses throughout. I have experienced some stiffness in other low-cost wires but the stiffness here is more pronounced in this application.

Just opened the box to test em out-1) microphone does not work2) volume up and down but does not work3) Play pause button does work4) cord is extremely flimsy. I could probably cut through this cord with a butter knife.5) headphones shorted out after 10 minutes of wearing them around the house. I unplug them and plug them back in and they work fine so far.6) I do not recommend this product I will probably return this because it’s pretty bad. It’s actually a shame because they really are comfortable on my ears and the sound quality is decent. Just a lack of functionality is an issue. And this cord being so flimsy and shorting out also a major issue.

Quality earphones that not only work for the newer iPhone X but other older iphones that use the lightening cable. I love that they have adapters to ensure a nice comfortable fit. Don't need noise cancelling as these will block out the noise around you, because of the snug fit. I may need to purchase a few of these, just in case my kids blue tooth earbuds run out of a battery charge when outdoors for a long period of time. The wires are good quality because they keep from getting tangled. Bass and treble are pretty good when listening to music. I am happy with this purchase. Honestly I feel these are better than the Apple wired earphones.
