Q: The product details says that the vehicle is 2.5cm x 2.5 x2.5. Is this correct only that seems tiny?

Definitely not 2.5cm, it's at my work now so can't measure but it's probably comparable to my hand or a mug, around that kind of size, it's actually really good, better than I expected it to be!

Q: Does this product carry the eu safety ce mark?

Not sure if it has the official CE marking but it has no sharp edges, very well made. Unlike other toys I've had that cut my sons thumb. No issues with safety here unless they eat a rather large screw

Q: What’s the warranty for this toy?

I no longer have this toy it was handed over to my grandson on his birthday. I have checked on Amazon although it states warranty it does not specify how long the warranty lasts. Sorry I could not be of more help
