The product was nice but the box it came in was torn up and not presentable to wrap as I had to get another box before I could give it as a gift

My 14-year old's review: "Overall, this is a pretty good product. Here's a list of the pros and cons.Pros:It's fairly tall.It can do lots of poses, even sitting down.It's also helpful for drawing as you can actually use it's different parts as reference for a body base.Good priceIt's not hard to pose.It doesn't really let you do unrealistic poses, so you can't really make that mistake when drawing.ConsIf you do make it sit, it will pretty much try to fall over, so you need something to prop it up.It can't touch its face, so if you try to put it's hand there, it will make a horrible creaking sound, then as soon as you let go, it goes right back down.As you can see, there are more pros than cons, and so overall, I'm happy with it. Good value for the price.

My mother in-law is extremely hard to shop for. I found this and was very happy with the quality and its a great gift for any artist or aspiring artist in your life.

I bought this for my nephews girlfriend as one of her gifts for the holidays because she loves to draw and wanted one - this was a great size large enough that you can see the angles if you rotate or angle the figure in a specific pose. She loved it.

The manaqin did come in a thin box and plastic bag that was all crushed. The wood was in good shape so that is a plus for this product

This was a Christmas gift for my 7 year old granddaughter who loves to draw. She has been struggling lately with how to draw people in action poses and this is very helpful to her. She really liked it and started using it right away. I think the 12" size is just right for her and it's easy to move and manipulate. I was very pleased with this product and the price.

I bought this item as I recently decided to start learning to draw. It's okay. The posing is very rigid and it's somewhat hard to get the figure into the position you would like. The range of motion is also nowhere near that of the human body and there are some poses you simply are not gonna get it in to. The legs in particular seem very resistant to being posed and like to pop back to the standard straight position. It also makes a weird creaking noise when you pose it and feels almost like it might break although mine has not yet.Overall for the price it's not too bad, but it's not too good either. To be fair, I've never owned or used one of these before so I have nothing to compare it with, but honestly I expected it to be a little higher quality.

Could not give it as a gift, the box was totally squished and the construction of the stand had the model stand very crookedly.
