Radionic Hi-Tech ES-CA02-WW: (2-Pack) 12" LED Under Cabinet Light Fixture

Let me say first off, that these lights are fabulous. Super low profile, relatively easy to install except for the cheap screws that come with it (DH had to replace one that broke during installation, with one from his enormous stash of leftover fasteners), and they do the job of lighting up my kitchen counters so I can see what I'm slicing and dicing. Had a minor problem getting the end of one to snap into the bracket meant to hold it, but that could've been an error on our part for not lining things up exactly. After a little fiddling around, it snapped in just fine. The on/off switch is a little push-button, and even with the lights under the cabinet where I can't see the push-button-- I don't have a problem finding it. The problem I had was the 2-packs were mis-identified at the warehouse and I received the wrong items, had to return them (which was super easy to do) and get replacements, hoping the second time around I'd get the right lights. With the first set I ordered, I did receive the right lights the second time. But when I ordered a second 2-pack for DH to use in the garage... no such luck and we ended up just keeping the (wrong) lights they sent as replacements, since they worked okay for the installation. I know that's confusing but the point is, you may not receive what you ordered. I still gave the lights 4 stars because the lights themselves are great (one star off for cheap screws, not everyone has a few of every kind of fastener known to mankind in their workshop); it's Amazon's warehouse (or whoever actually shipped them) that has an inventory issue.

I used these for under-cabinet lighting in a utility trailer. Installation was pretty easy despite the lack of instructions. The lights are particular when you set them up in series (the switches have to be oriented on the same side). You can control them with a single switch (just turn the second light on & leave it there, and then control it with the switch on the first light). The light is yellowish in hue and more than adequate for the purpose. The only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars are the included mounting brackets, which are incredibly cheesy and don't seem to work. I couldn't get them to clip onto the lights. Instead I mounted them with a couple pieces of 3M VHB double-sided tape, and with a couple of road trips under the trailer's belt they seem to be holding up fine.

These arrived quickly and were simple to put together. I did have to rearrange them a bit to get them connected correctly so they could be operated on one button as the instructions weren't super clear. I used them underneath my boys loft beds for desk lighting. The lighting is perfect so they can read, use their computers, build Legos, etc... I fastened the lights to the underside of the loft bed using Velcro and the boys can easily reach the switch on the lights from their seats. Everyone is happy with the way it turned out.

The description said the power cord has an On/Off switch but it does NOT. This is the main reason why I bought these lights because I wanted to install them over a built in desk. Very disappointed & defeats the purpose for my purchase.

These lights are amazing. I got the first set for my computer armoire and immediately ordered an additional set for under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen. I work for an electrician and brought them in to show him. If you could hard-wire these, he said he would use them for all of his under-cabinet lighting projects.

These were very easy to install and look great! We use them under the upper cabinets on our built in desk. I like that the on/off switch is attached and doesn't stick out much. They arrived fast and I will definitely order more when we remodel our kitchen.

Great little lights....had a bit of trouble when installing them, as I am not very good at working upside down....but that's only me!!
