I bought around 3 same power banks. Last two is not even lasted for 3 months . Bad experience

Thought that this would charge my phone and my wifes phone but when tried using this it was a dissapointment as it would drain drain from 100 to 32 in just one phone charging also checked the battery percentage of the phone which it charged from 7 to 23 percentage this is using the usb wire , wireless is 5w which take 2 and half hours to charge my S10plus where as if use the Fast charging adapter in 1 hour the phones battery is more than 80% morever it takes a long time to get chargedNow I have issue within one year and wanted to claim warranty no one respondsAmazon stop listing this productVERY DISSAPOINTED

Wireless charging is painfully slow.It is impossible to change the plug type pins. I have tried to remove the USA pin type and plug the India plug and failed.The wired charging works fine.

Very bad service. Company does not respond for warranty calls. Stuck with a defective product

Product is good, Wireless charging is fine as well, however charging using built in plug is not working after few days . Now using USB type C cable to charge it.

Product charging port broke only after 4-5 uses. There is nothing like after sales service. The product is bad and the dealer is a cheat.
