Kava is great! No substitute for the real thing, but you can feel your mouth go numb.

I have taken many different kinds of kava products as well as other herbs/vitamins to help or discover ways to relieve stress and anxiety. Kava usually has the best reliable effects no matter the form for me. I wish this candy was a little stronger in potency sure but I can feel kava's numbing effects and these are so easy to take wherever or whenever. I didn't quite feel the first review was all that fair here, besides is any candy purely healthy in every way? I like the effects and ease of taking these even though the effect is a little less powerful than other methods.

It's noticeably more effective than most kava supplements. I recommend it. It's a bit pricey, though.
