This box is a monster! Needs modification tho.....
First off, I love the box. Please read thru this review to understand why I modified it and why I think it's better that way.The materials used to build this box seem to be of great quality. It's very solid and sturdy. And with the thick spray coating covering the entire outside this gives it longevity as it will protect it from humidity and wet weather, which in my experience has destroyed enclosures over time. All that being said, I really like this box. What I don't like is the giant port holes. As you see in my photos I sealed off each port hole and the bass quality increased dramatically. It changed the entire sound, and made my subwoofers produce much deeper bass notes that it just couldn't achieve in an unsealed boxNowIf they were built as they should be, like a high end quality box, then they would be awesome! But they're not. They're just big holes in the box, they literally serve zero purpose. It's almost like an unfinished box. Yes it may still sound decent. Yes it may slam in most car trunks, that is because CAr trunks act as sealed boxes. But still, it isn't built correctly. And it negatively impacts the bass. Subwoofers cannot achieve those really deep low bass lines in a box that is unsealed. They need back pressure, which also makes them slam harder as well.In a high end enclosure with vent ports, they are built much more intricately. Before the opening, along the cave of the port hole, there would be kind of like a maze of woodwalls. Very tightly close to each other. This makes it so the back pressure created by the bumping subwoofer has a hard time getting thru the port, which in turn creates more back pressure to make the woofer slam harder while still letting are thru and giving it that ported sound. You can see diagrams and such to better understand what I mean, with a quick Google search. But anyway, again I love this box. Ive always gone after bigger sealed boxes because of the power, and the low bass noted you can achieve. And after I sealed the ports on this box, it is perfect for me. I'm really enjoying this box. Super glad that I got it!

Exactly as described...
Product came undamaged no issues came the day they said it would be delivered... Just understand you will probably need to cut a bigger hole for most subwoofers....I have normal 12 inch infinity kappa1200s and they do not fit....It's not the sellers fault the company does it... Multiple people told me before I bought it I would have to make the hole larger....Also there are 2 different dual 12 inch boxes one is the V and the deep box is the Vl...the VL is very deep but fit in my 2014 Lincoln MKZ with no problems still plenty of room on the sides and a lot of room in the front good purchase and seller....Best prefab box you will find

Slams for the $$$.
I like it. It does well. Nice looking and it's pretty durable. Fits in my king cab frontier 2002. Had to take the seats out though to get it in. Sounds great.

Amazing box.just a few things to remember if youre new to this.
So after doing some research I decided to go from a sealed to ported box.seeing as how I'm still learning this seemed my best bet in terms of prefab ported boxes.it is only 5/8ths mdf(would have liked 3/4)but the bedliner coating helps strengthen it and also seal it.I have 2 power acoustik gothic 4ohm dvc subs in it,each hooked to a boss r2400d(soon to be returned, neither does what it says after dyno testing and one is remarkably weaker then the other...stay away from BOSS and others like pa that lie about watts and ratings, without a dyno good rule of thumb is take amperage on fuses x10.theres your rms...if youre lucky on low end amps).Since its tuned to 40hz I set the subsonic filter at 30 hz(half an octave lower)...this thing slams for what it is.I'm replacing the power avoutics this week with jl w3v3 2ohm svc ,one with a kicker 600.1 rms amp, other with alpine pdx 600 amp.(pdx is 1ohm stable so may run both off of it,not sure)due to the muddy sound of the power acoustics, and the crap amps.. .Point is.right now with subpar equipment this thing still sounds great, and it gets loud on demand, you can set it to have nice cleanish bass,or loud screaming ,cant see out the mirrors cause theyre shaking like a jackhammer is hitting them bass.If youre on the fence about it dont be,just get it,but make sure that you set your subsonic for 30ish so you dont cause your subs to roll and kill em.Out of the box I took the terminals out, hooked up 8gauge for the speaker wires, with gold spade connectors with a bead of solder as well to make it harder for the vibration to loosen it.then I took liquid nails and sealed the whole box again, and also sealed the terminals cases to the box as well.let it sit for 24hrs and it was good to go.

Poor craftsmanship, Not for SPL usage! Junk!
When I receive this enclosure today, it was in cardboard box same size as this enclosure, after close inspection, (I worked in car stereo shop for years) I can tell this box been glued and put together only with Brad staples. It didn’t sealed properly and it was loose when I pushed against it. The front pieces is 3/4 thick BUT rest of box is 5/8”. The description states it’s constructed with 3/4 material. That’s a lie and misinformation. I DON’T Recommend buying this for spl subwoofers. It will blow it apart! It’s junk!
