Talented Dr. Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson, The OC.) is just about to settle down in Manhattan with her new boyfriend Joel (guest star Josh Cooke) when Blue Bell lures her back with unfinished business. As the season begins and Zoe fights to regain her practice from Dr. Brick Breeland (Tim Matheson) and New Yorker Joel struggles to blend in, small-town life — and love — carries on. Lemon Breeland (Jaime King) and Wade Kinsella (Wilson Bethel) become unlikely business partners, Mayor Layon Hayes (Cress Williams) finds happiness with AnnaBeth Nass (Kaitlyn Black), and George Tucker (Scott Porter) suffers yet another broken heart...or does he? Filled with charming Southern traditions, hotheaded feuds, devastating breakups and heartfelt new passions, Season Three will melt your heart with big-time laughs and small-town style.

silly
I like this show and I understand you want to make a profit but be realistic no one is going to pay 125$ for a single season I would not pay more than 80$ for all 4 seasons.

Not as good as the first couple of seasons, but still strong
Hart of Dixie most definitely embraces its soap-opera-like qualities over the fish-out-of-water aspects that the first couple of seasons had. It focuses a lot more on the various romances of the characters than it does on Zoe's adjusting to life in Bluebell. The season starts out with Zoe working in an NYC ER, having left Bluebell, seemingly for good at the end of season two. She decides that she misses Bluebell and returns, to a much different reaction than she expected. She has a new boyfriend in tow, a writer named Joel (played by Josh Cooke). The show is much more of a serial story now with the story arcs (mainly about the various characters' love lives) stretching throughout the course of the season than it is a story-of-the-week procedural. For those who get the DVD set, it is a pretty standard MOD DVD set that just has the episodes, but no extras. There are captions in multiple languages, but there are no deleted scenes, gag-reel, etc., so really the only reason to get the physical disc over just streaming the show is if you got the first two seasons on disc and want to keep your collection complete.Overall, the show continues to be good. I would not say that it is great, it is definitely a prime-time soap opera as opposed to a traditional medical drama. It does not take itself too seriously, blending in elements of comedy here and there, but it also does not lampoon the south and probably shows what life is really like in most southern towns as opposed to what people who do not live there think it is like. Some of the storylines do get a bit dumb, but on the whole, it is a good-natured character-driven show that is worth the time to check out if you don't expect it to be an award-winning drama.

Song Titles
I don’t know how many people discovered this but I love that all the episode titles in Season 3 are actual country music song titles. Very clever. Great show. This is my second time watching it.

Fantastic show! Watch it!
I was obsessed with this show for the longest time! I discovered it by accident when it appeared on Netflix, and loved it quite a bit. I will send order for most of my life, and when I was about to enter high school my family moved up to Maryland. As you can imagine it was quite a change! Well I've been in Maryland for almost 8 years now, but I leave my heart in the southern states. While I love my friends up in Maryland, & I absolutely adore my family, I have always dreamed of going back down south. Since I'm still in college that option has not made itself available just yet, but this show allows me to go back and revisit some of the things that I've always wanted and my southern dream life and the things that I used to have. Well the show's not completely realistic, and visit on some different strange your ideas, it's actually a lot of fun to watch. I really enjoyed it during the time I was going through it, it had a fun plot line and and I actually learned a lot about nursing and the life of medicine, even though my method might be a little unorthodox. If you're looking for a good southern show, that is rooted in good family hospitality, and is based in the small towns that no don't necessarily really exist anymore in are very city-based country this is definitely one you should check out. I would put 6 stars of the show if I could, but alas that is not an option. I guess you will have to just take my 5 stars as a true sign of how much I enjoyed the show.

Interesting storyline w/great actors
My daughter told me about this TV series. Curiosity got the best of me. I started watching this show on Netflix and was hooked! I caught up on Season 1 and Season 2 in two weeks, but Netflix didn't have Season 3. I was so happy to see that Amazon had Season 3! After I purchased this last week, I am already on Episode 12 of Season 3.The character's interaction is awesome! I love the little love stories, humor and drama intertwined with each episode.I thought that Zoe and Wayde had the best chemistry and was disappointed when they didn't pan out as a couple.. wished George and Zoe had tried a relationship to see if there was a future for them. I'm disappointed in Zoe's boyfriend from New York. He's nice and good looking, but no chemistry with Zoe that's over the top like when she and Wayde had sparks between them. When I am caught up to present-day with the TV show, then I will start watching it weekly. The show adds intrigue and spontaneity to my weekly routine. Thanks Rachel Bilson for putting the Hart of Dixie on TV!

Good, stylish light hearted southern style humor
The lively interaction between characters in this small town in the South gives rise to some hilarious !at times old fashioned comedy. One the most adorable casts in a TV series ongoing currently. The sharply funny dialogue at times adds to the southern charm of the series. I always look forward to the mix of old and new in this enjoyable romp around the town with southern belles, two town doctors ,the attractive ex sport star mayor and the town's ever so good looking tavern owner who is one of the town's three bachelors at large attracting the ladies who may also have been eyeing the town' s equally good looking lawyer. In this season the female doctor brings her New York City author boyfriend to town adding to the hilarity as he tries to settle down and do his writing in the town in spite of the new found distractions.

Rachel & Jamie are delightful
If you liked Dukes of Hazard, you will probably like this show. It is fun in a slapstick sort of way. Third Season of hart of Dixie does not disappoint. Rachel Bilson is easy on the eyes, just like Daisy Duke was in Hazard and Anna Paquin's character, Sookie, in True Blood. Jamie King as the scheming Lemon Breland is no slouch either. In fact, she upstages Bilson's character more than a few times. The more or less stereotypical portrayal of the South, at least small-town South, is fine as long as you take it for what it is. Parody. This show is cotton candy for your mind, and a guilty pleasure. More than a few laughs. So just enjoy the sugar high.

Amazing show but is this a bootleg copy..?
I looooove this show! Just started watching it and am hooked! The show is an absolute 10 out 5 stars but... I ordered season 3 and it all seems so different that I wonder if this is an official dvd..? Everything from the copyright message, the dvd menu, lack of subtitles, how few episodes there are on each disk compared to the first two seasons and how short the episodes are make me wonder if this is a legitimate copy? I just finished watching two episodes and both together were the exact length of one episode in the previous seasons!
