Veggetti Spiral Vegetable Slicer, Makes Veggie Pasta, Yellow

I love some zucchini noodles as an alternative to spaghetti noodles. This thing works very well and produces nice, beautiful, long veggie noodles with little effort. I can't believe how fast it was to go through 3 zucchinis and have enough noodles to feed three people with some to spare.A note on using the plug/holder thing to get the last bit of zucchini - I thought that would be more useful than it actually is. You have to not press too hard because if you do, you'll just chew up the end of your zucchini and then it'll be harder to push through the slicer. I wound up just going as far as I could with my fingers and stopping there.I live making a white-wine, garlic, lemon, and butter sauce with thyme to go with my zucchini noodles personally. It's very easy.The resulting noodles also cook very quickly.Having zucchini noodles makes it possible to eat Italian dishes that I gave up when I stopped eating gluten. This makes me very happy, and I think I actually prefer zucchini noodles to regular noodles now out of preference, and not just because I shouldn't eat gluten.Best 10 bucks (or whatever I spent) spent in a long time.

Have to buy small zucchinis, but it’s really easy to take care of, to wash. Love the zucchini pasta that it makes.

I love this product and use it almost daily. It practically takes up no space in my small kitchen and quickly makes perfect zucchini and squash noodles. The two issues I initially had with it were difficulty cleaning it and the “gripper” piece doesn’t really work and you end up with a large chunk of vegetable that doesn’t spiral.I corrected these problems with the purchase of a small wire brush and a protective glove. The wire brush gets the Vegetti perfectly clean in no time and the protective glove lets me maintain a good grip on the vegetable so I can spiral it down to a very small nub, with no fear of cutting my fingers.The addition of these two items would increase the Vegetti review to 5/5! This is a great product.

I love Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles) and was buying the Green Giant brand when I made spaghetti, or any other noodle meal, for my family. I try to watch calories and the zoodles is better for me and I LOVE the taste. The problem is that I was paying almost $5.00 a bag at the grocery store, and even though I like them, that was a little pricey for me. I looked at other spiralizers and the price tag seemed high on them until I found this one. I figured, for the price, if it was garbage I wasn't out much. When I got it I used it immediately. One side cuts thicker zoodles and the other thin so you can pick whichever thickness you prefer. It works like a charm and my homemade zoodles are 100 times better than then zoodles I was buying at the grocery. Like, there is no comparison. I love this thing and it has absolutely paid for itself after using it for a few meals. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a spiralizer.

I was given one of these last year. I loved it so much that I decided to get 3 more for other family members.Can be used for any dish that you would normally use pasta. We are trying to cut back on pasta so I replace it with zucchini spaghetti. The veggetti comes with instructions and a little recipe booklet.Love it!

Thick stumpy carrots are usually harder in flesh and will need strong twisting motion to shave the carrot. After once, I now revert to just using kitchen knife to cut carrots. Also can use a tooth brush to remove tiny bits hanging near the end of the blade, or use a tooth pick.

Used this with zuchinni , stayed on oil cheese, seasoning and air fried , my husband enjoyed ! Easy to use , clean and doesn’t take up a ton of space .

I needed this. It’s small, durable, easy to clean, and it does what I need. Makes perfect size veggie pasta..

Useless and the top needle may break after 1 usage only

The plastic holding the cutter snapped the first time I used it.

Creates mess and does not cut all the way.Centre portion is wasted. I assume it is by design.Centre portion gets stuck... Need to cut it out and use it again.
