I don't want the sales to be too good on this scope, because they might start raising the prices. I'm planning on getting their higher magnification scope as well. Now I can't speak to long-term use, but I can say the initial quality and construction seems very good. So I spent $399 dollars on a Savage heavy barrel rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor, and $350 (roughly) on this scope and I have a set-up that shoots half-inch groups at 100 yards ALL DAY LONG!Once sighted in I set the zero stop with no issues. The side-to-side adjustments I only had to move on notch. The lens is crisp, focuses great, clicks are solid. You used to have to spend a ton of money to get a scope of this quality.

This is a great scope. Clear glass, great fit and finish, audible tactile turrets, first focal plane. You cannot go wrong with the Arken Optics scopes. Best bang for your buck!

Windage Scope Turret Stickers will not move sometimes , have to use a strap wrench to free it up. Tried to contact customer Service no luck in almost 30 days of E mail and phone text.BT,.

Everything about the SH-4 feels premium, the turrets have a positive, tactile click, the zoom ring is firm and rotates smoothly with absolutely no sloppiness or play when adjusting the zoom, the adjustable eyepiece is the same. Arken doesn't go over the top with the packaging like some other brands. They spend their money where it counts, in the mechanicals of the scope, not fancy packaging and lens pens. Very happy with my purchase and I can't wait to take it to the range and zero it in.

For the price I paid I got far superior glass quality than I could have imagined. it is in the $700 to $1200 price range of glass quality. It has sat on top of my scar 17 for some longer range plinking and it has not given me a single issue. My only gripe, and it is not anything to do with the scope, is that there is no illuminated reticle options from Arken yet. I know that would raise the price up but I would gladly pay the increase for that. I may buy another one for a different rifle I have. If that does not tell you how great these are than I do not know what will.
