Post microneedling and IPL protectant
I love this cream for my post IPL/Laser and microneedling treatments. First I use hyaluronic acid, then a hydrating face spray and while my face us a tiny bit damp, I slather this on. Our of all the "post" ointments I have, this is my favorite.

I can’t believe I paid to smell like this.
This cream smells revolting. I cannot believe this company thought it would be ok to market something like this. My dogs were going crazy like, “lady! Are you ok?! Are we having mutton for dinner?!” This cream really, really smells bad.

The best everyday cream for babies
For kiddos that have frequent diaper rash, this is a great barrier cream. Leagues ahead of many other brands like aAquaphor and Calmoseptine and Destin. I've used this and suggested it to many parents. I like the big tubs since they last. This stuff can be harder to spread, so a baby/diaper spatula is a good add-on
