We needed a quick costume for “dress like your favorite book character” day at school. My daughter wanted to dress like the mouse from the Book “if you give a mouse a cookie”. The accessories arrived fast (next day) and were the perfect pieces to complete her outfit. The tail comes with a stretchy strap around the waist. The neck tie was a little large but can be adjusted by tying in a knot.

Cheap material but good for the price.

The Kinzd Fancy Mouse Costume met our needs for a school book report.The costume comes in three pieces: headband, tail, and tie.The quality is moderate. The fabric is soft and looks like fur. The pink on the ears is a nice touch. The bow tie is gathered with a white satin ribbon. The tail is wired and can be posed. The tail and tie are held on with elastic and the elastic band for the tie is larger than the one for the tail. We weren't sure the tail would fit around my child's waits (it did), but the tie was saggy. I offered to tighten up the neck elastic, but my child was happy with it the way it was.Could I have made this set myself? Probably the tail and tie, but not the headband. I was planning a trip to the fabric store, but then I found the Kinzd costume and decided the price was right!We paired this with a grey t-shirt and leggings we found on Amazon and had a complete grey mouse outfit. It went through several dress rehearsals, a class performance and survived the trip to and from school in the backpack. My child was absolutely thrilled with it and I'm glad we bought it.This costume fit my elementary schooler quite well, but I wouldn't buy it for a middle schooler or up.

This set was perfect for a children's school party. My granddaughter looked adorable. The ear headband is cute and the ears stay in place. It was the right size for a 6 years old, but it will fit other ages too (not adults though ha-ha). The tail was the perfect length and the bow was the right size, absolutely adorable. We used it as is, didn't need anything else. She was wearing a regular black T-shirt and black leggings. This product definitely met our expectations and it is reasonable priced. Happy with the purchase!
