Yes, the entire oven is separate from the stand. Il Fornino even sends you temporary handles to make it easier for you to move.

Q: Can the pizza oven be built into an outdoor fireplace?

I don’t see why you could not. It has a very nice stainless steel finish and I would not cover it up with brick. Very well made and fun for entertaining friends!

Q: Can this oven be used commercially, 40-50 pizzas a day?

Very easily. I made 40 pizzas in a hour. A 14” thin crust pizza cooks in about 90 seconds, at 850-900°.
