I tried equi spot when it first came out as the treatment I got from my vet was very very very expensive. One of my mares is extremely allergic to ticks and all insect bites. she still gets reactions but not weepy ulcers on her skin. (she does wear both a fly mask and fly sheet!) It definitely helps my other two. It doesn't repel insects so I still use fly spray.

Sadly my three year old gelding welted at every application site :( I’d like to return it but cannot due to amazon liquid policy.

This is the best fly deterrent. Easy to apply for both the user and the horse. This is our third order.
