When I ordered this for my granddaughter at her request for Christmas I thought it to be expensive for what it appeared to be. But having seen and played with it myself I can see it is a quality toy. She was thrilled when she opened it on Christmas morning and has continued to play with it often. It is bigger than I expected . Normally these items are much smaller in real life. So what I thought was going to be an expensive whim has turned out to be a much loved friend to my granddaughter. I purchased rechargeable batteries and a charger to go with it so she does not have to 'ration' the time she plays with it. I bought it for a good price on Amazon and have seen it twice the price on other sites.

Déception total pour ma petite fille. La description est en français alors que le lion ne parle uniquement qu'en anglais... Triste de devoir lui retirer son cadeau de Saint Nicolas pour faire un retour.

This is a great interactive toy albeit expensive this seller gave a good discounted price for amazon. Soft fur, quite sturdy.Will bring hours of fun purchased as a gift for my granddaughter more as a reward type toy. Battery location is very tight made it awkward and fiddly to undo the screw for access to put batteries in. Once in though the battery compartment was easily covered. Very nice overall, particularly for Lion King fans.
