Epsom-it Foot Lotion, 10oz. Same Effects As Epsom Salt but Without a Bath

One of the side effects of a prescription medicine I take is leg cramps--the hard as rock, slam you out of bed, kind of leg cramps. I'be been messaging this lotion into my legs each night before I go to bed. The incidence of leg cramps has greatly diminished. I still get a cramp, I will message more lotion onto the portion of the leg effected and the cramp will usually loosen quickly. Very occasionally nothing will help and I'll have to walk it off, but this lotion is very effective in preventing most of the cramps I used to get on a nightly basis.

I was hoping that the cream would be as effective as the Epsom salts you put in your bath water to soak in. It takes much longer to work and is not quite as effective.

I bought a bottle a few years ago and loved it so bought another a few weeks ago (Sept. 2016). The second bottle has a peppermint scent and is greasy. It's actually difficult to wash the grease off of my hands after rubbing it in because of the grease. The ingredients have changed and I am very disappointed.

This is a great product. Nothing like a hot soak in epsom salt, but when you don't have the time, this lotion will help you with your aches and pains.
