Doesn't work

It works but not by itself. Must be used with the serum. Apply the serum to freshly exfoliated cleansed skin and follow up with the Carotiq cream. This product doesn't provide drastic results but it does improve the radiance, evenness of skin and brightens up the complexion if used consistently for 1-3 months.
