Cheap plastic.
Lol, this is just a cheap plastic sticker that you cant even use with the toggle bolt. Bonus, mine was all scratched up too!

Doesn't work
Didn't fit my mini's grill mesh and the screw head not flush with washer, and 3M material defective... then you have to pay $4 to return it. Don't buy.

Doesn't Work - Don't buy!!!!!
The Screw Head is making the surface of the Washer is NOT flat, so the badge will NOT stick on the whole washer... So the description of the product are NOT true and doesn't show a complete instruction of installation. This is NOT right, lack of honesty for this seller.
