NuvoAir Air Next, Professional Spirometer with Bluetooth Connection with Apple iOS and Android Smartphone or Tablet Devices

Giving this 5* because it works brilliantly, but it did need some further investigation…If you go on the NuvoAir website, you can really clearly see that this device can be used with an app called ‘Air MD’. However, this app is meant for use by doctors and other healthcare professionals – I want to be able to use this at home rather than with my doctor, so this isn’t really too useful for me. I got in touch with them and saw that the app with the functionality I need is called ‘Aria’, but that is only accessible for patients whose healthcare team have a ‘provider code’ (you’ll get stuck at this point if you download the app and try to set it up). Apparently Aria gives me clearer insights into how my lungs are changing and I can answer questionnaires track my symptoms which is exactly what I need.The other point that’s a little bit concerning is that NuvoAir is NOT selling this to Amazon for resale; they don’t know how it’s got on here. I wouldn’t want to buy a device like this from a seller I was unsure of so I would maybe contact them directly through their website if this sounds like a good solution for you.
