Daylily is resistant to poorness and drought, and the soil requirements are not strict. A wide range of adaptation to light. The aerial part of daylily is not cold-resistant, and the underground part is resistant to -10 degrees Celsius. Avoid soil that is too moist or stagnant water.

The plants are all the same color-yellowish gold!
Roots look very healthy. It was too early to plant in garden because of heat in Kansas, so I planted them in a half barrel in partial shade. They are doing great. I will transplant when it is cooler. I am very happy.-----It is now June 2020 and all the plants are blooming the same color-yellowish gold-they look like Stella Dr Ora day lilies that I could have bought at Wal-Mart for a quarter of what these costs-I purchased three different colors!

terrible flower
I must have got the wrong flower. I planted these in the fall. When they came up the next spring they were extremely tall for a day lily (about 5') with spindly stems for the spindly, yellow flowers. I dug them up and threw them away.

So far so good
They seem fine. I put them in a cup with a little soil and water to make sure they were going to grow, and they did. I just got them in the ground the other day so we'll see. I hope theyre the color shown.

Not as pictured
All 5 roots were healthy and grew. Planted 5 Fall 2019, 3 bloomed in June 2020. The flower is dark purple with orange, no border fringe. I already had the same in my gardens. The type grows well and flowers reliably. Needs splitting every 3-5 years and is great at forming clumps.

Wrong color received.
Three of the blubs are finally in bloom, they are WHITE and not Purple. Waiting for the last 2 but don't expect anything different. The packaging showed them as Purple.

Would have been nice, but showed up moldy.
The plants were sufficient and arrived early, but were very moldy and stunk when the package was opened. I'll try to plant them but I don't think they'll make it.

Sad looking daylilly roots
My daylilies took about a month to arrive and when they did I noticed they were fromChin! They had mold on them and were very sad looking. I planted them anyway, so will see whathappens next spring. Would never order them again!!
