KT Tape, Original Cotton, Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 16’ Uncut Roll

I recently got the Care Science Waterproof Kinesiology Tape for my daughter, who is a dedicated cheerleader, and it’s been a fantastic addition to her training and recovery routine. Have ordered this KT Tape several times with excellent adhesion.This roll started fine - But a third of the way thru the roll adhesion is not consistent.I can’t finish a session of PickleBall without the tape releasing from my skin.I need to utilize this cotton tape as the synthetic tape irritates my skin.

Works very well. Husband has an ankle injury and this alleviated the stress on his ankle.

Great value for the KT tape. -- The tape comes loose easily. Even with a clean surface and a hair dryer, the tape did not stay for even one day.

I use this to tape my mouth shut at night when I sleep- it helps me sleep better and stops all snoring (amen). It’s stretchy, durable, and doesn’t hurt to peel off in the morning. I like that it’s a plain black color and that there’s a lot of it in the roll. It doesn’t come off overnight and is easy to tear pieces off. I don’t use KT tape for its intended purpose so take this review for if you’re looking for a mouth taping substitute :) It does have a slight smell at first but I left it out of the box and the smell is gone.

Tips:-This is cotton based K TAPE, this means it will not stick as well as a lot of other brands that are synthetic. The synthetic brands have a better hold and more/different layers integrated into the weave which gives a better support/hold.-Make sure that you do clean your skin prior to application, an alcohol pad will help remove any skin oils to help improve the adhesion of the tape.-If you have sensitive skin please look into purchasing skin prep to be used under this tape-after you alcohol swab the skin. It is easily found on amazon by searching skin prep (smith and nephew have best product). Skin prep will put a very thin protective silicon layer between your skin and the tape which protects your skin as well as improving the hold of the tape. (I was able to get an extra day out of it with this)-To remove tape put some baby oil on a cotton ball and start to peel the end the tape back then place the cotton ball on the skin and rub as you're pulling the K TAPE away from your skin slowly. This will easily help the tape remove and not damage skin as badly, the oil helps dissolve the bond to your skin.-There does seem to be a variance of bonds from color to color, however personally didn't purchase enough to find which is which.-This brand does not have a stretch gauge on the tape which can make it difficult to accurately see what degree of stretch you get. If you are new to K TAPE there are brands that have an indicator woven into the tape so you can see how much stretch you are applying with each piece of tape. Theraband has hexagon imprints which work well for this.Overall there are better brands out there, however there is a chance this will be what you're looking for if you need it to be adhered to you less then the full 2-3 days. I love to tape my mouth when I sleep but all of the products on the market never stay on. This works PERFECTLY. Slightly stretchy and stays on so well but comes off easily. Highly recommend!

Not sticky enough. peeling off/up shortly after application. Won’t be order again

This stuff is a lot like the cheap brands of K Tape, but with superior glue and a longer life to the elasticity. It doesn't keep up the support for as long as the "Pro" version, and it's more susceptible to water weakening the glue.Ideally I don't like removing K tape until the glue starts giving out on it's own. This stuff has glue that sticks longer than the tape remains effective if the use is intense enough, so it really is light duty if you don't want the trouble of peeling off the strong glue. This is one that I will use for overnight sleeping, or on the weekends for light housework. I'll keep the Pro stuff handy for during the week when I need to constantly repeat the same motions over and over, which really gets the tendonitis going.This is not reflective of how this product performs for muscle support during workouts. All I need it for is relief of tendonitis in my wrist from repeat motions 5 days a week.

Buena calidad aunque pense que el pegamento duraria mas en condiciones de la humedad. No lo recomiendo para nadar, se despegó enseguida que se sumergió en el agua.

Ive used this tape many times but this pack seemed inferior. It didnt stick very well at all
