I received an off-brand version of the product. Is the quality similar? I don't know. But it's not what I paid for.

At Last The Perfect Set of Measuring Cups!!
I've been wanting a good set of measuring cups for a while now and was really impressed with the pictures of the KitchenMade cups on Amazon so I ordered them right away. I received them promptly and was not disappointed they really are as nice in real life as on the photos. These cups are perfectly weighted so do not fall over when standing alone and the high polish finish makes them really nice to handle. Its really useful to have the 6 different sizes from 1/4 Cup up to 1 Cup and both Cups and Mls are engraved on the top of the handle so they are easy to read at a glance (I even tested the cups to see if they are accurate measures and of course they are) I am trying to steer away from plastic in the kitchen these days so the fact that these cups are high quality stainless steel is an added bonus and I know they will last me a lifetime especially as the handle is all part of the cup so can't fall off like my old set. This is definitely a 5 star product that I can highly recommend.

High quality measuring cups
These measuring cups go a long way. I like how they stack nicely and take up such a small amount of space. Also they are made of 18/8 stainless steel and are nicely made. There are no weld spots or anything since its all one piece. Its got a nice and smooth surface and is highly polished and has no sharp edges. Also it has a nice lifetime guarantee so if you ever have a problem your covered. Although they are made in China I still find them to be a really high quality. They also came sealed in a box so you know your getting a new product. There is no ink or anything on them but there are engravings on the handle and measuring part. Such as on the 1 cup there are markings inside the cup showing the 3/4 and 1/2 cup so you can measure different amounts easily using only one cup. It is like that for all of them just with different measurement amounts for each. Then on the handles top you will have the ml and cup amount. On the bottom it will say Kitchenmade and 18/8 S.S., so you know its made of 18/8 stainless steel. As for the accuracy of the cups I measured water to the amount each one should hold using a scale (such as for the one cup 240ml is equal to 240 grams so I weighed out 240g on the scale) and then poured it into the cups. They all filled just over the rim but not enough to run over but just enough to form a little hill shape. So they hold just a tad less by measuring only to the rim so just make sure to go a tad above the rim to form that little hill shape. This is way better than my last set which seemed to hold way more than it should have and ruined countless recipes because of that. So over all I love this set and how they are nicely made, stack nicely, look good, and measure really, really close. I highly recommend them if you happen to need measuring cups.

Beautiful Stainless Measuring Cuts
After spending far too much time trying to figure out size-wire which plastic measuring cup I was about to use due to the fading of the markings on the plastic units, I decided to purchase the KitchenMade Measuring Cups. They're made out of beautiful Stainless Steel which in this case is quite heavy. I doubt if these cups would develop dents from dropping on the floor. They are NOT little tinny thin cups. The size markings are machine engraved or stamped and will last the life of the cups which should be extensive. As these measuring cups are made of stainless steel, any discoloration that might develop over time can be easily removed with a liquid cleanser called Barkeeper's Friend.I've noticed that my tight-wad tendency wife who would have struggled with the unmarked plastic cups forever has placed these units in a "special place" in the kitchen drawers. It was a good purchase.

Heavier Than Expected
I purchased this set of cups because I didn't yet have the 2/3 and 3/4 cup sizes in stainless steel. Plus, I thought the one-piece construction with the added pour spout on the rim looked interesting.Out of the box, they were a lot heavier than I expected. Nested together, they have a combined weight of 15.1 ounces. My set came in a 10x5 box, with the cups individually wrapped [in plastic bags] and already nested inside a sealed, 3x5 box of their own.Like another customer noted in the product Q&A, the 1/4 cup in the set has been updated with a 1/8 cup measure mark on the interior [instead of the 1/6 cup mark featured on earlier sets]—if that helps. I can understand why KitchenMade did this, although I think it would've made more sense to move the 1/6 cup measure mark to the 1/3 cup [since 1/6 is exactly half of 1/3], but: The 1/3 cup in this set only has a 1/4 cup measure mark on the inside. The only thing that would make this set perfect is if it included a 1/8 cup measure, but it's not a deal-breaker. It would be nice if—in the future—KitchenMade would allow customers, who have already purchased this set, to buy a matching 1/8 cup separately. Why not? With that said, these cups look and feel like they'll last a very long time, so I don't regret buying them.

Deceptive Product Labeling- KitchenMade vs. Hudson Essentials
I ordered KitchenMade measuring cups from Cooper. I ordered these particular measuring cups based on a Wirecutter review that rated them very highly. I paid $28.00 for them. What I received from Cooper was a set of Hudson Essentials measuring cups which appear to be identical to the Kitchen Made and were priced lower. The Hudson set was available for $19.99. I feel there is something deceptive with the suppliers of this product. Please note I did not use this product as I am planning to return it. Star ratings were based on appearance only. I had to provide a star rating in order to submit review.
