Leisure Time EternaBond 60023 Eternabond White 4" x 25' Roll Repair Kit

I was looking to buy Eternabond, which is stated in the title, but not on the label. Looking back at the photo I can see that it says SticknBond on the label. Was this labeling error done on purpose? I was looking for a product with a cloth side similar to professional roofing products so that I could paint over it. This has a slick plastic side and does not flex well around corners and over bumps at the same time. I started to put this on my tent trailer, but stopped when I noticed "bubbles" were not rubbing out. More specifically, I was attempting to overlay the center roof seal which is a 1/2" tall rubber strip inside metal trim. The SticknBond did not adhere to the base of the metal and roof all that well after laying it over the bump, nor did it handle rolling from the top to the side with the rubber bump. It looked awful. It may work well on flat surfaces, but I am not sure how long the plastic will last in the sun. I cleaned the surface with mineral spirits and tried rubbing the "bubbles" down several times. I do need to note that I did seal my roof with another product, exterior window caulk, but it was not silicone. I am returning the product to find the real thing. Major project delay.

I used this tape to repair a roof leak on my Jayco popup camper. I just cleaned the area I was going to put the tape down with some Lysol wipes and dried it off. I put the tape on a used a roller that I bought at the same time to put the tape on, as directed. I think I spent an hour total prepping and taping just to be sure I was doing it right, I haven't ever had a popup until this year and I didn't want to make things worse. Well, it's now about two months after putting the tape on, I've pulled the camper about 2500 miles and the leak is still sealed up tight! No leaks, no issues and I think the tape looks better than the repair job the previous owners repair which he had done by the "professionals" which ended up leaking again.Well worth the time and the money to use this tape if you have a leak!

This was reccommended from a do-it-yourself RV website. I do think that it offers good properties. I like the concept, but have found that as I've used it on the exterior of my trailer, it does not stay stuck. It attaches with pressures, so maybe there was not enough pressure when first applied. Living in Austin, TX, there can be extreme heat and lately extreme rain. And, it seems in the sunlight... it unsticks. I've used it on three of my four corner seams both inside and outside. I'd stripped everything down to bare bones to remodel and repair water damage.This product works great on the inside - where it is not exposed to weather. I've had no problems on the interior. But that has not been the case on the exterior. I would probably purchase this again to create a water tight fit for my interior work. But, I don't recommend this if you are trying to repair leaks on the outside, especially if you are working with corners. If you are working on a flat surface, without any corragated metal. It might work better too.

Great product, works very well, seals and sticks to almost anything u put it on, very hard to remove after installed, be sure u want it where u put it or u will have a tough time removing it. I have been using this sealer tape for many years and I think it is the best sealer for rec vehicles u will find. The seller did a good job packing and shipping on time⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 Stars!.. I usually rate items with a 3 if they are neither above or below my expectation. This tape is definitely HIGHLY recommended. It works better than I expected, it lasts longer than other methods I've tried (hasn't failed yet), it is easy to use, and not messy like the caulk-type products.Clean your surface as directed and use plenty of pressure to get the stuff to really grab on and do it's job. Small and large leaks will disappear.

This produce is very effective. It is a bit challenging to use and works best when two people are available. The tape does stretch a bit and when it does the "sticky stuff" can protrude from underneath the tape when you lay it down - but only a tiny bit. I used the product to weatherproof the roof of an older pop-up camper. It is perfect. It is effective.but isn't as beautiful as the original roof.

Fantastic stuff for giving lasting seals and repairs to an rv roof. I have used this on all my roof seams for the last two rvs and will use it on any others I will own. It is worth the cost to not have roof leaks or having to recaulk the roof all the time.

Product worked as advertised and easy to apply. just follow the directions and you won't have a problem. I had a water leak and after sealing seams the major test occurred a week later. Drove through a driving rain storm and upon arrival at the destination I checked the motor no e for leaks and all was dry!! This is HIGHLY recommended!!

Damn does it stick! Used it on the seam of my rv roof where the epdm meets the metal. Cleaned up with spray nine and on it went. Got lazy and took a couple trips and thdn remembered I hadn't sealed the edges. There was just a wee bit of rolling of the front edge (hardly). Sealed edges with dicor self levelling roof sealant and good for another few years.

Nice tear near the edge of the roof and wall on RV figuring I'd give this a try even though seeing the videos for a flat surface. Well this really works and sticks so get it in the right place first try. Excellent product.

Worked very well, used spray nine and a brush to prep the areas and then rinsed well. Time will tell if it lasts as well as promised
