The only thing that could make it better is if maybe some of the questions changed periodically. However, it does get the children thinking regularly about gratefulness.

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter who loves it! She has been climbing into bed at night with her journal to write about her day and it's a perfect guide. Not too much but not too little. I love that she's practicing gratitude. Sets her up to have a happy heart!

With everything going on w/ the coronavirus, this has been a great add to our nightly routine for my 6yo to keep us reminded of all we have. She wants to do more than one a night!

I bought one for each of my girls and myself. It makes us stop each day and be grateful. Also, helps them on their reading and writing skills.

Thought it would have mindfulness exercises and tips but it's more a notebook, the pages apart from first one are all the same with same headings. Was looking for something with pictures and ideas. May be good if you've already got into habit using a different journal and just need notebook.

Great journal for kids to write in about the things they’re thankful for... makes them think about what gratitude is about and what things in their life they’re most appreciative of. It’s fun for them!
