This flat iron heats up quickly and works just fine. I love that it has a range of temperatures, and an auto off feature. My only complaint is that the button to turn it on and increase/decrease the temperature is right where you would grasp the flat iron - resulting in me constantly changing the temperature or turning it off while using it. I've gotten better at avoiding it after several uses, but I think this is a design feature that could be modified.

At first i wasn't sure how i'd like this straighter, but I gave it a shot anyways. This tool gets hot in about 45 seconds which is really good and gets to a comfortable temperature. I noticed while straightening that my hair didn't feel fried or I didn't see smoke coming out which proved that my hair wasn't burning which is the main thing I look for. I have fairly straight hair already so I needed it to be gentle and not too damaging and it did just that! Good price as well :)

The price is good, heats up very fast, come with five temperature control, and it's digital display! I hoped to have a hair straighterner fit my hand bag and I can bring it with me anywhere, this one, it is! it's smaller than another one I bought three years before. It's easy to use, it make my hair smooth and pretty. and I'm very happy that its looking is very nice, I think it's a good product of high quality.

This does loose curls great, it’s not much for straightening though but I can’t complain, the price was great and the loose curls are awesome.

This is my second flat iron. When I open it, it smells normal, without any chemical smell. I like the texture of its surface（The matte surface feels comfortable）, and the temperature control is easy to use. I can make my hair straight and silky smooth. Shipping was fast. Good price and valuable choice.

I have always been a fan of CHI straightners and even others that were upwards of 40 dollars. Let me tell you--this straightner is just as good if not better. My hair is always SILKY smooth with this and it curls perfectly! So easy to use, all sorts of temperatures to accommodate all hair types, I just really love it! Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The only thing about this is that when I use them I constantly by accident keep turning off or up the heat and it’s because the way it comes with the control heat on top

I mainly bought it cuz I wanted the fine point comb for my hair and it didn’t even come with it smh
