Great vitamins, but remember they are only A,C,E and I believe the S is selinium. I also take the O.N.E. multivitamin. Together you will probably live forever. Just kidding, but they are great vitamins. Both were recommended to me by my naturopath. She is a sharp cookie and she has not steered me wrong. I prefer preventative medicine to the "art of medicine" which seems to be hit and miss depending on the knowledge and depth of the doctor one sees. And I do not like the "here's a prescription - take the pill and it will cure you." Remember medicine is poison and it is prescribed at the lowest dose which is supposed to "do no harm." I am not a no medicine person, but I am-- a last resort take the medicine person.

I have taken this superb vitamin supplement before, but as is often the case, failed to continue. I am now using it again and won't stop as the results are undeniable and well worth the cost! Hard to find this Carlson pill in any vitamin store...so thankful Amazon stocks it. Try a bottle and you'll be glad you did!

This keeps us healthy! If anyone gets a tickle in the throat or knows someone sick, we take 1 capsule with dinner. If anyone gets sick, they get 2 with dinner and 2 with breakfast for 3 days and the rest of the family gets 2 with dinner. We have cut down on sick days tremendously using this method proscribed by my Naturopath. It works!

I've been using this product for years. It is very satisfactory. I especially like having vitamins A, C, and E all in one capsule along with Selenium.

I have been taking this product for years and I notice the difference when I run out of these supplements. They are soft capsules that even though are rather large, go down easily because they are slick. I love them and it increases my intake of Vitamin C. I take 1000 units of vitamin C in a capsule. With this supplement added I get another 1000 units. No colds this winter so far even though I have been surrounded by sick folks.

I swear by these. I think they help keep the germs, from my coworkers who insists on dragging their coughing, sneezing selves into the office, at bay. I almost never catch a cold, while the people around me drop like flies.
