The media could not be loaded.  We got this for our apt for 1) to save money from not having to pay to use the dryer. 2) to save space as to have have clothes on our rack that was on the floor which got in the way no matter where we put it. This works like a charm. Fairly easy to install just need a drill and screw driver. It’s fairly sturdy. Well sturdy enough to hang clothes. Very easy to use. I used a laser level(not required, just helped for appearance) so that way everything was straight and the anchors on the adjacent wall lined up perfectly. My walls are 11’8” apart and still had about 2’ left in the line. I used expansion drywall anchors, which work fine but I’d recommend toggle bolt anchors instead just because they are stronger and provide a more secure lock to the wall.

A few things that were a little confusing in the installation instructions.1. The main rectangular bracket has an extra screw hole in the bottom center. Mine had tape next to it, which I think was supposed to cover it. Do not put a screw into this hole or the cover will no snap on2. The brackets that hold the line need to be installed so they are flush against the wall. The image in the instructions made it seem like they sit off the wall. If you do not install them flush against the wall your plate cover will pop off the wall with your line each time you try to hang something!When installed properly, everything is secure. Hope these tips help and save you some time on the install

Because I'm not trying to constantly buy my 9 &5yr old clothes with them growing ever so quickly, I was tired of stretching &laying their clothes out on our furniture over night to dry so I looked this up! So glad I did! After reading reviews on afew different ones, I decided on this one &its awesome!!! Not wanting to deal with the outside elements, we mounted this in our front bay room where we get the most sun &from end-to-end we stretch it 13ft. Good sturdy lines &love that it has the "lock in" feature so I know its gona hold it! We've had it for months now &it still holds like the day we put it up! Might even need to order another one because I wear really thin t-shirts &lay them out too! Don't debate on it-just get it!

I have an apartment where I have a small portable washer and dryer. The dryer often takes a long time to dry items so I decided to get these lines so I can hang dry at least half my loads.These were easy to install with a drill, and are pretty sturdy. They can hold a good size load of clothing. I like how they are easy to retract so the lines aren't always going across the room.

I ended up returning this clothesline after a few weeks of use. I really wanted to like it. It came detached and snapped off the wall too easily. It's a nice concept, but for 40 dollars, it wouldn't hold the weight of my clothes very well at all. Now I just installed two small screw-in hooks and bought a cheap nylon line from Walmart and I have a clothesline in my room for less than 5 bucks. It's not retractable but it definitely holds up better than this did.

We purchased this clothesline to hang in our bathroom. We recently had a pool installed and needed a place to hang our towels and swim suits. We hung it in up in our bathroom over our tub and it works great. It’s very stößt so we can hang heavy towels up along with all our swim suits. Excellent quality

worked about 3 weeks - 3 loads... before it literally came off the wall... breaking one of the plastic clamps... Retried installing... had to hammer it into studs on the wall to even get it up (2nd time)2nd time using it almost came off the wall AGAIN... and all I have on the lines is dish towels and wash clothes...NOT worth the cost!!!
