Write on ICE Card in Case of Emergency with Key Tag Secure ID, LLC

I got two sets in my packet. Were easy to write on with a fine-tip Sharpie – but make sure you get it right the first time, because you can't get the ink off! My mom feels much more secure with one of these in each wallet, and one tag on each set of her keys.
