StovallProducts 14H Wood Small Butterfly Habitat

This is my first butterfly house so I really have nothing to compare it to. It's been up for some time now and not one butterfly has come near it. I hung it on the fence near my wild flower garden. The only real complant that I have is that it was hard to put up. It came with no hardware to hang it and it doesn't have any pre drilled holes. We ended out buying four L brackets to put it up. Hope this helps.

It's not a nesting box, so if you are expecting butterflies to move in and live outside your window, forget it. However, placed next to a garden with butterfly bushes or milkweed (which monarchs need to reproduce), it provides a safe place for butterflies to rest, and as such, it works great.

But I have a massive butterfly garden and get dozens of them every day. I haven't even seen a single one land on this. It's well constructed and a nice habitat but I doubt butterflies "know" what this is.

butterfly habitat arrived-looks a bit more like a home project-some rough edges and screening on inside not well secured. The bigger problem though is that there was no hanger or holes drilled for hanging
