Coloring Book for Grown Ups: Creative Patterns for Adults Paperback – April 13, 2015

I bought this book for my big sis, who is finding it difficult to find some me-time for herself. I gave her a choice between 4 books and she could not put this one down. It's beautiful, the designs are delicate and vary in style & patterns. There is a lovely mix of animals, flowers, forests and butterflies. Some drawings are flowery, pretty and dainty while others are bold and grand. They immediately make you want to bring them to life with your choice of colour pallete. It was worth it to see the excitement on her face. I highly recommend this book.

I have a lot of coloring books and this is a delightful addition to my collection. There are a lot of very beautiful coloring books for adults and this takes a very nice spot in that list. If tou love adult coloring books do your self a favor and add this to your stash. If you are new, this is a great place to start from.Della Rogers

The crisp lines, paper-quality, and single-sided layouts make this an excellent book, though some designs required a magnifying glass. The paper took my glittery and metallic additions well, though the images I'm posting don't reflect it well.My only concerns are: 1) the image on the cover isn't available to color anywhere in the book, 2) the cover image is uncomfortably similar to a series of line drawings I created and trademarked several years ago. I would be flattered under legal circumstances.

I guess it's true... I'm a detail person. An earlier review thought some of the patterns were to small in detail... not at all for me. I loved that this book called me to focus to create the gorgeous results. As the yet another reviewer commented, it's not a kid's book with large coloring areas... and that's the point.

Wonderful stress free adult entertainment. Forget the day's cares and worries and curl up with a good coloring book and crayons. Really good stress reliever. My favorite picture I wanted to color was the cover picture and it is not even in the book. Only negative to buying online and not being able to inspect your items.

Seems that coloring books for adults is "all that" right now. I must admit it is stress reducing and it brings back my inner-child. Recently I was invited to a party with byo coloring book, markers and wine. We all had a pretty good time.

Not much to say,just ordinary pictures,nothing special.

I would prefer it hardcopy.

I only liked cover page and it was too intricate to color even in pencils.

This colouring book is ok. It is very light and thin, so good if you want to carry it around with you I guess. For me, it's not as good as other ones on the market that aren't too different in price. The paper was thinner, the designs inside less interesting, the whole book much flimsier. All round cheaper looking than some of the more popular colouring books at the moment, but would still function for colouring just the same!
