Best product ever! I don’t need makeup when I have this. I use it on a daily basis and it’s helpful to have both tones to accommodate skin color

This covers like a foundation while protecting your skin! The color is PERFECT for light to medium skintones. The lighter color has neutral undertones while the darker color is a bit more cool toned but absolutely beautiful when used as a contour/ bronzer! I will never use anything else, this is PERFECT for every day use. It's moisturizing without being heavy or greasy. It has a beautiful satin finish. I love it!!!

Hi all. Wanted to write a review on this product. It’s a great idea. First, I am of black/Japanese race so my skin is a cafe au lair tone and I’ve been out hiking a lot. That is what I use this product for. With these sticks, I dot some of the light color under my eyes like a concealer and then I dot the darker color at other areas and blend it with my fingers. It very much acts like foundation.Now note that these are thick and I knew that. So between the thickness and the tint it provides great physical coverage from the sun which is the whole point. I have some sun spots so I feel a little better when I am out walking/hiking and hope I am preventing future spots.When I go out on the weekends to hike, I go 6-7 miles each day. My skin is oily in the summer so using this product (and likely any facial sunscreen with high coverage) makes my skin pretty oily. I previously used Supergoop brand tinted SPF matte formula but I didn’t feel very covered and it had a sandy, gritty feeling.When I’m out, I sweat a lot and it beads up on my skin when using this product because it’s thick. It also seemed to leave a whitish film at the creases of my mouth and upper lip, I’m going to guess from the dried sweat. I rubbed it in when I got in the car and looked in the rear view mirror and that seemed to get rid of it. Because of this thickness I would not wear it as a foundation, only for outdoor exercise. Good thing though is it washes off fine and has not caused any breakouts to my zit prone skin.....so it must not clog pores.I took off one star because of the whitish film but otherwise it’s what I was expecting and looking for: a natural formula, more environmentally friendly, thick but not pore clogging tinted SPF to help protect my face during outdoor activity.Also want to note that if you wipe your face especially with a towel it will come off on your hand, towel or sweat band or brim of your hat like any tint or foundation. However, as I sweat, it did not get in my eyes. It seemed to stay put.Hope this helps!

The light/medium color stick is a great color match for light skin. If you look at a chart of skin color ranging in these categories: pale, light, medium, dark this shade is light. It is not pale and it is not medium. It would be too dark for pale skin and too light for medium skin. If you are a warm skin tone and also light it may wash you out a bit as well because it leans more yellow than orange in base. In that case their darker stick would be needed to follow the contour/bronzing protocol to work on the warmer skin tone and it should be great. If however you are light skin with neutral or cool undertones this should be an excellent match. It is not perfect for a cooler undertone as you can see. The right side of my hand is a straight swatch and the left or top is a swatch that has been blended out. You can see it matches nicely, it is the best and closest I have found for my light skinn with cooler undertones. I am pleased with the "concealer stick" consistency, and find using fingers to blend it out is needed for the heat from the fingers to perfectly distribute the product. It has a nice finish and doesn't create an issue with pores and skin looking worse than when I started! Using cream blush with it was ideal followed by a light press of powder on the zone. It's wonderful to find a clean "all in one product"! Just what I was looking for! Very happy. Highly recommend.

I look for non-cancer causing/non-toxic sunscreens since I have sensitive skin and am concerned most about my health. I was happy to find this here since it was rated as a "1" (least toxic) on the Environmental Working Group's list of sunscreens, and that is actually unusual for a stick to be rated that well (because the extra ingredients to hold it in stick form usually are toxic, but not in this brand). I was looking for something for my face, and hoped that the tint I ordered would work, and it did. I am a white girl who can get fairly tan in the summer, and the lighter tint has worked perfectly for me, even after my skin got a shade darker. I read reviews that said it could wipe off on clothes, but I personally haven't had a problem -- I just rub it in a little, and since it goes on my face and neck and occasionally on my hands or arms, when they are not covered with clothing, I haven't seen it rub off on anything so far. Blends really well, and because of the compact size, I just keep it in my purse. Another thing to note is that it doesn't melt easily, which makes it non-messy -- I have left my purse out in the sun a couple times and the stick remained solid. It's my new favorite!

I have really mixed reviews on this product, only because of where I was at the time I needed it. I had just had laser done and after a week was told I could use products again as long as they were gentle like a mineral tinted SPF. They recommend SPF 50 and a sunhat to protect your face healing. This had very decent color correcting on the dark spots I had that were flaking off, so I felt more confident going out as laser resurfacing was healing. However I experienced a horrible acne purge. Whether it had to do with the heat of the laser, reintroducing my skin care products, or the mineral tinted sunscreen I can’t say. I do feel like after using it my skin was more congested. I can’t speak to how non comedogenic it is. I will say the color match is very authentic and other that the acne I encountered it was very easy to use. I would just smear the tube all over and it easily blends.
