My granddaughter loves them but they are over priced for what they are!! It’s not like they are hand made

Firstly my daughter (4) loves them. They're a good size and great colours and true representations of the characters on the TV so that's all good. I've never seen anything like the tails before. The colour change tails have a white powdery finish which does scratch and chip really easily. My daughter doesn't seem to mind and I think she's hoping it will eventually all chip off as there seems to be coloured plastic underneath. So, a bit odd but the overall value for the size, quality and number is good. I have told her to be careful not to snap the tails off so we'll see how that goes...

The product looked good in the images but was of poor quality. Packaging was broken when it arrived. The tails of two of the ponies fell off within a month of light usage.

The package arrived on Friday night - and by Sunday one of the tail had broken off.My daughter played with them 3 times over the weekend. The tails swivell and after a couple of uses break off.Also, they get scratched by anything - we had them in a bag for a walk and they all came out scratched.Really poor quality - and so disapointing given the price!!! I will be contacting the seller and hoping for a refund. My daughter is ever so careful with her toys and very gentle - this is the first toy she has ever broken (5 year old). It is a shame as the poneys (not the tails) are lovely.

Rubbish tail fell off 10 mins after getting it out the box 😡 very dissapointed 6 year old
