I installed it yesterday,so far so good.just a reminder everytime you have to set up or add up a new device you have to press the reset button at the back of it hold for 10 seconds,5 seconds will do it as well,once that is done go to your wifi list look for Tosee wifi ,click on it using the device you want to add it on.ofcourse you have to download the app before all that.Now,you are connected to Tosee wifi open the app and click on add device from there you will have to set up password for the monitor.Now,let say you've connected your first device you just want to add a new one,you have to go the first connected phone go on the app click on share once that is done it will give you the option to either send a qr code via text or email, at that point access that email or text to the new device ,open it ,using the device that is already connected to scan it.And that should solve your second device connection issue.I have to mention ,people at the door can me,but I can't hear them from the doorbel. That is the only problem I have so far.

We are very frustrated with this purchase. We have it mounted at our front door which faces the morning sun. The doorbell rings every few minutes when the sun is shining on the unit, which, on clear mornings is for several hours. This is very disappointing. We purchased this item last year, but did not install it until this year. Now our return window has passed as well as our company support. We are not happy with this purchase and would advise against it if similar mounting faces the sun.

Love this camera!! Images da and night are great. The only negative is the video is slow to capture the person.

I ordered a replacement for the first one that did not work. Now I’m on the second one that doesn’t work. When I attempted to pair the door bell and the outside camera the camera/button goes dead. Will be sending the second unit one back this week

I like the item but it has a few flaws in the app. There is a delay with the intercom and sometimes playback does not work. For the most part it is a good product, especially for the money.

Just installed and like it. I wish the sensitivity (or distance it picks up movment) was adjustable. Picture and sound are good. A little hard for person at door to hear me though.

Batteries were missing and it didn't work even when I used my own batteries

Works great! No monthly payments! Battery lasts long. Camera is very clear. Wi-Fi connection is great. Easy installation! Best price $$. Forget the RINGDoorbell!
