Natural casings can breathe, allowing smoke flavors to pass through the casing and into the meat, giving your sausage a rich flavor throughout. Natural casings have a natural curve, with twisted ends where the sausage is linked giving the sausage that great looking natural appeal. Because they are natural they are not uniform in size and can stretch if filled to tightly. These work great for beginners and for those who prefer natural over collagen. All of our natural casings are hand selected for consistent size and hand trimmed for removal of all skin tags and deformities. AA rated
