I have been taking this product for a few months and really do not see a difference in my memory. I prefer CLEAR MIND from Kan that really works but they are no longer making it for lack of ingredients.

To make sure you have the right remedy for yourself (if you don't have an acupuncturist or herbalist in your area) research your symptoms and get the remedy that matches your symptoms the best. The Celestial Emperor's Blend (Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan) is also for mental fog but it was not the best remedy for me. Bu Nao Pian most closely matched my symptoms and worked wonders. I believe it cleared out my sluggish digestive system, which in turn cleared out the mental fog, because now I'm regular and feeling clear headed.

We give these to my 81 year old father with dementia. They have made him much more aware of his environment and less anxious.

I think this really did help my brain fog… after the you know what-19 I’ve suffered from the worst brain fog but these really helped me.
