Bambi (Disney Classic) (Little Golden Book) Kindle Edition

I understand that the premise of Bambi is that man and hunting is bad, and I'm good with that! But this book was over the top, way more so than the movie. Every time it mentions "MAN" it is all capitalized and way more often than what the movie does. Bambi's mother tells him MAN brings danger and death to the forest. I bought this for my preschooler who loves the movie, but I won't be reading this to her. Sad to say.

I purchased this from a baby registry. The mother to be requested books for the baby instead of cards and I picked this one and another since they were so reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong with the classics. I definitely recommend as a baby shower gift or to start a class book library for your own child or grandchild.

Fast shipping and book is great quality. I gave this book at a baby shower to my cousin. It was my moms favorite Disney movie and unfortunately my mom passed away from cancer at 67 years old. It brought tears to everyone’s face and it was such a meaningful gift.

Purchased this book and others to restock a local children's reading room that was damaged by water during the Texas freeze. Love these classic books and so do the kids.

Very disappointed with this book. Long, wordy, and very poor quality illustrations. My grandchild's favorite film and she walked away half way through. Will probably return.

I watched Bambi many times as a child, so I bought this book after he saw the movie..... He loves all the animals in the pictures.

Classic beautiful story with excellent artwork. A little long read for a 4 month old... but I’m still glad I bought it and we still read it to our son.

Lovely little book

Great books for story time and picture turning. Use them with my grand daughter. Reading what I grew up with is always great.

I love collecting golden books and Bambi was my favourite Disney movie growing up
