Great buy was a bit wary in buying the unit compared to other more expensive brands but I have to say it came really well packed, solidly made ,four holes to drill ,sturdy bolts,slide into position and drop the lock pin , connect the pipe and away you ,powered rewind all very impressive and worth the money

This item functioned OK for almost two years, but then water started gushing out. There is a plastic part that disintegrated (green collar in photo) because it is inadequate material. It's a fatal flaw as you can't replace it. Amazon details say seller provides a 3yr no questions asked money back guarantee, but you can't contact them through Amazon (I tried) or through their web site (I tried). If seller hides from customer contact, the guarantee is fraudulent. Amazon shouldn't do business with this company.

I LOVE the fact I can attach to any point and use it and remove it to relocate and use elsewhere. We originally purchased the 100' hose and loved it so much i tried to get a second one for the front of the house but it looks like they either dont make them anymore or they are just out of stock and dont know when they will be available so i ended up with a 50' but i really wanted the longer one. I installed them on a fence post because I didn't want it on the house directly. I will be cutting the post shorter for aesthetic reasons but installation was super easy. I do question that the pin is plastic so I don't know how long it will last but gentle normal home use it should be just fine. I would definitely recommend we are super happy with the purchase other than the 100' hose not being available anymore.

I bought the 50’ version. It seems to work well. Hose is very flexible and doesn’t seem to kink easily. Retraction mechanism seems to work well. I’d buy again.

I wish I had found this retractable hose reel years ago and my wife loves it, too. I thought it was so great, I ordered a second one!
