this machine is very easy to use the sound quality is really good and navigation is easy. it is great fun for all the family and friends.

Sounds quality, what little sound we got it of it-was poor. One microphone didn't work at all (tried in both sockets and in home sound system, zilch). The other one didn't pick up audio until you so shouted, which makes a mockery of every song except chumba wumba.Instructions were somewhat ambiguous. Looks the part, but fell far short.

Great little bit of kit

Bought to replace an old Goodmans cdg player that had finally given up the ghost. Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to love it, I don't. The microphones that come with the player are barely usable. I plugged in the microphones we used with the previous player & while there is some sound, its either very quiet, too echoey or slightly behind. Tried with the av cables provided & our own hdmi but despite many attempts, cannot get a decent sound/voice mix. Would be ok for kids but not so much for adults.

First, I'd just like to mention that, like so many other buyers, I could not get a decent volume level using the included microphones. Either they're just not particularly good or there's something wrong with machine itself. Having said that I had no intention of using the included microphones in the first place. In my case I ran the sound output from the machine into a PA mixer, used an HDMI cable to connect to a monitor and used a Shure microphone through the mixer for the vocals and, set up like that, the machine performed admirably.I used the setup menu on the machine to set the correct resolution and aspect ratio for the monitor and the lyrics were clear and easy to read and perfectly in time with the audio.For the price I couldn't have asked for anything more, but I can see how disappointing it would be to use the machine with just the included microphones and have deducted a star to reflect this.

What can I say, we didn’t really need this karaoke machine, but just wanted one! Came really well packed with all the leads needed and was so easy to set up... up and running in minutes...Exactly what’s needed especially during lockdown 2.0 Abit of a moral booster needed at the moment. Can’t wait until we are able to have friends round for a few to many drinks and a karaoke evening on the wonderful machine.. thank you

This is our first karaoke machine, I have to say its an amazing piece of kit. With the situation what's happening around the world at present we as a family have had some great laughs with the machine. I would really recommend buying one of these and at only £59.99 it's a bargain coming with two free CDs to start your collection off. Thank you Vocal Star.

Brought this for Christmas Day with the family and once I put it together I couldn’t believe how rubbish it was. Sound quality really bad. One microphone worked and the other one wouldn’t… don’t waist your money people.

Fonctionne très bien mais pas possible de l'utiliser autrement qu'avec DVD et USB

Falta un conector para la televisión AV, y muy importante viene con un enchufe de tres patas UK, no es como los que utilizamos nosotros.

ist nur mit Amerikanischen Stromstecker . Mann braucht einen Adabter. Aber welcher ist der Richtige und wo bekomme ich den her?

Wir haben das Gerät ausprobiert bis dahin war es in Ordnung. Stecker für Strom Umwandlung war dabei. Wir wollten dann eine Pause machen,stellten das Gerät auf standby und von da an ging nichts mehr! Hat unsere neue Karaoke CD gefressen gibt sie nicht wieder her. Geht so wieder zurück! Minus 14€ CD!
