A Dozen A Day - Play With Ease In Many Keys

Sunny perspective on multi-key reading
Update: my students (of all ages) absolutely LOVE this book!Along with Keith Snell's Beginning Multi-Key Reading book, this is one of my absolute favorites for promoting comfort in all keys from the very beginning. The pieces in this book are fun, technically helpful, and help students get to know different major and minor hand positions in a non-scary way. It is an excellent supplement to any standard piano method, and although it includes 16th notes, they are usually just running up and down a 5-finger pattern in that particular key (no scale fingerings involved). The chords are usually tonic, dominant, or subdominant in close position, and arpeggio figures are overlapping hands. It's definitely one of the most positive multi-key reading books out there!

I took music lessons for years and was never taught how to transpose.
I took music lessons for years and was never taught how to transpose. Now I am learning to play in other keys. I recommend this book if you struggle with changing keys on the piano.

Short technical exercises for addition to any piano method series
Great technical exercises to compliment any lesson series. Knowledge of what is in each book will help enable you to know what level is appropriate. Description could be a bit more detailed to help in this respect.

These are great exercise books to warm up the fingers
These are great exercise books to warm up the fingers. They sound pleasant, and the little pieces really suit the stick men that go with them.
